In 2018, “Elton John: I’m Still Standing — A Grammy Salute” aired on CBS featuring music artists honoring Elton John’s career and discography spanning five decades. Guest artists inluded Alessia Cara, Miley Cyrus, Kesha, Lady Gaga, Miranda Lambert, John Legend, Little Big Town, Chris Martin, Shawn Mendes, Maren Morris, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, and SZA.

Later the same scenic design was used for the Grammy Premiere Awards (formerly known as the Grammy Awards Pre-Telecast Ceremony).
